Pricing & Policies
No. Tips are never built into the price. A tip for your driver is optional and entirely up to you; nobody will ask for one.
Cancel or move your ride for free up to 24 hours before it starts; within 24 hours the booking is non-refundable. Weather cancellations get a full refund or a new time. Call or text +1 929-770-7705.
Groups of 20 to 100 guests ride together in several pedicabs, with a quote that shows the full total up front. Smaller parties book at our listed prices. Email info@truridenyc.com with your date and head count.
Our tours are priced per person, and the full total shows before you pay. Adult and child prices: Economy, 30 minutes, $25 for adults and children; Classic, 1 hour, $40 and $30, our most popular ride; Premium, 90 minutes, $60 and $45; Deluxe, 2 hours, $80 and $60; Home Alone 2, 90 minutes, $70 and $65. Your pedicab is never shared. A 6% online booking fee is added at checkout, before you pay. Our two non-stop rides are one price per pedicab for 1 to 3 guests, with that fee already included: $180 for 60 minutes, $270 for 90 minutes.
On holiday dates (Nov 26–29, 2026 and Dec 1, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027) Classic is $45 / $40, Premium $75 / $50, Deluxe $90 / $70 and Home Alone 2 $84 / $75, the 30-minute Economy is not offered, and non-stop prices stay the same.
You can pay online when you book, or on the spot by card — including contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We are not a cash-only business, so you never need to look for an ATM before your ride.

Very. The seat is cushioned and the pace is unhurried. On cold days we hand out blankets, and in light rain we ride with the rain covers on.
Yes. Hand over your phone at any stop and your driver will take as many shots as you want. Photo stops are included, so they never show up as an extra on your bill.
Yes. We keep the pace slow and steady, so everyone from little ones to grandparents rides in comfort. Kids 3–12 pay the child price, from $25, and children under 3 ride free on an adult’s lap without taking one of the 3 seats.
Absolutely. It is your private ride, so you set the route. Tell your driver which landmarks, photo spots or movie locations matter most and the tour adapts around you, at no extra cost.
From 30 minutes to 2 hours. The 1-hour Classic tour is our most popular ride, and the Deluxe lasts 2 hours. We also run a 90-minute Premium tour and a Home Alone 2 filming-locations ride, plus non-stop rides of 60 and 90 minutes, one of them into Midtown.
Up to 3 guests per pedicab, and the cab is yours alone — we never seat you with strangers. For larger parties we send several pedicabs that ride together, so families and company groups stay in one convoy.

No ticket or printout needed. Tell us the name on your booking when you reach our pedicabs on Central Park South at Grand Army Plaza.
Running behind? Call or text us at +1 929-770-7705 before your start time. We will do our best to still take you out, though a late start may shorten the ride depending on the next booking. Without a call or text, the ride may be shortened or cancelled without a refund.
Yes, for an extra charge per pedicab, added when you book. Our usual start is Central Park South at Grand Army Plaza, by the Plaza Hotel. We can also pick you up or drop you off in Midtown between 34th and 59th Streets, hotels included, or at the Met, the Natural History Museum, Tavern on the Green or the Loeb Boathouse. Pickup starts at $30 and drop-off at $25 per pedicab (up to 3 guests), and the 6% online booking fee applies.
Often, yes. If a pedicab is free, you can walk up to our stand on Central Park South and ride right away. Online, you can book a same-day ride up to 30 minutes before its start time. Weekends, holidays and fall foliage weeks fill up first, so reserve ahead for those. Tours start between 9 AM and the last departure of the day, which moves with the season.
