Which ride should you choose?

  • You have half an hour — Economy. It covers the south end, closest to the pickup point (not available Nov 26–29, 2026 or Dec 1, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027).
  • First time in Central Park — Classic (1 hour). Bethesda Terrace, Bow Bridge and Strawberry Fields are the stops most visitors come for.
  • You want to see the whole park — Deluxe (2 hours) goes as far as the Reservoir. At regular rates, Classic, Premium and Deluxe all work out to $40 per adult per hour, so a longer ride costs no more per hour.
  • Travelling with kids — children’s prices start at $25, and kids who know the movie will love the Home Alone 2 ride. See also riding with kids.
  • A group of 3 adults who just want to ride — a non-stop loop is priced per pedicab, not per person.
  • Park plus the city in one go — the non-stop Central Park + Midtown ride: 90 minutes, the full park loop, then Fifth Avenue and Times Square, priced per pedicab.

Per person or per pedicab — what's the difference?

Guided tours are priced per rider, with lower children’s prices, and include photo stops along the route. Non-stop rides are priced per pedicab for up to 3 guests and keep moving the whole time. For two riders a guided tour is usually cheaper (guided tours are booked online for 2 guests or more); riding solo, or for 3 adults who don’t need stops, compare both.   • Cancellation: free until 24 hours prior, then nonrefundable. Light rain: we ride with covers. Heavy rain, thunder, ice, high wind: full refund or new date.
